Key duties will include: Support the Agri Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and expand market share Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural contractors, and distributors Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Mentor and train junior sales team members Step in as the deputy Sales Manager in their absence Criteria: Proven experience in agricultural sales, construction, or a related industry Previous leadership or management experience, even in a different sector Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel Apply online, email or call Paul on to find out more.
