To meet the challenge and be successful in the role you will have: A degree qualification, ideally in a discipline related to regeneration. A track record of the development and delivery of large-scale regeneration programmes. Experience of partnership working with multi-disciplinary teams in a development focussed environment and influencing and shaping strategy. Proven capability in team leadership with ability to manage change and motivate others in a dynamic and complex environment. Proficiency in effective commissioning of a variety of contracts associated with regeneration activity. Ability to exercise effective judgment and manage priorities within constrained timescales, resources and competing pressures.
