Administration Assistant - Full Time - Experience Essential - £20,000-£25,000 - Excellent Progression My client is a large Land Investment Company based in Fleet, Hampshire. They are now looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. Key responsibilities include: Processing invoices and dealing with any queries. Bank app payments. Raise and monitor purchase orders. Raise new consultant appointments and dealing with any queries. Maintaining consultant professional indemnity certificates. Deal with daily post - receive and distribute as appropriate. Answer telephones and visitor welcome (occasional). Photocopier care (toners, maintenance). Archiving (invoices/appointments/warranties). Any ad-hoc assistance required by any team member. Provide holiday cover for Office Administrator. The Ideal Candidate: Attention to detail, organised, responsive and personable. Experience / competence in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook. Professional telephone and email manner. Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
