The Role As a Management Accountant, you will join a close-knit Finance team with a diverse range of accounting responsibilities and opportunities to support expansion into European markets. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly Management Accounts. Conduct inter-company reconciliations. Post month-end journals, including payroll, accruals, and prepayments. Maintain financial schedules, such as the fixed asset register and accruals. Complete month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with group P&L and balance sheet consolidation. Provide P&L analysis and comparisons. Prepare audit information and VAT returns. Update weekly cash flow reports. Process corporate credit cards and maintain credit limits. Support EU group companies with accounts payable tasks. Maintain disbursement schedules and perform bank reconciliations. Handle employee expenses and supplier payment processes. Person Specification: At least 3 years of experience in finance, including management accounting and accounts payable. Part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA or AAT qualified, with plans for further studies. Proficient in advanced Excel; familiarity with Xero is a plus. Strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet reconciliations. EU accounting experience is advantageous. Detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to tasks. A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. What They Offer: Competitive salary, based on experience.
