We are looking for a business analyst to join a welcoming team. You will be reviewing operational effectiveness to streamline the customer complaint journey, analysing information, and assessing operational alignment with strategy.
What you’ll be doing as a business analyst:
1. Mapping complaint customer journeys.
2. Undertaking detailed analysis of model business processes, functions, information flows and data structures.
3. Consulting with clients to define requirements using Industry approaches and techniques.
4. Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for sign-off.
5. Converting requirements to a technical specification for different business areas.
6. Supporting the project manager on scoping, objectives, estimation, assumptions, risk analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
7. Creating data analytics/reports and process maps.
8. Developing and managing project documentation deliverables.
9. Completing special projects and other functions, as required.
What we’d like to see from your application:
1. Previous business analyst experience.
2. Knowledge of customer complaint journey and complaint regulations.
3. Operational knowledge.
4. Excellent research and analytic skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques.
6. Working knowledge of relevant business management principles.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Location: Bracknell. Hybrid working of 3 days a week in office is available after training.
Contract: 6 months initially with opportunity to extend.
Training: On site full time for the first 4 – 6 weeks.
