Cool Recruitment is recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our professional and friendly recruitment team based in Livingston. This is a great time to be joining our team.
The working hours are Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Building client and candidate relationships.
2. Updating the company website, secondary job sites, and social media platforms.
3. Using various channels to source new jobs and candidates through leads and initiative.
4. Assisting with payroll and liaising with the accounts team.
5. Handling inbound and outbound calls.
6. Advertising/refreshing job vacancies.
7. Creating and updating booking forms for placements.
8. Formatting CVs for candidate submissions.
9. Maintaining compliance records.
10. Inputting and updating the database with candidate and client records.
11. Assisting Consultants with daily tasks and holiday cover.
12. Using Outlook, Word, and Excel confidently.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, be computer literate, and possess a strong work ethic. You must be confident working in a collaborative office environment, supporting the team while also taking initiative in day-to-day tasks. An excellent telephone manner and good computer skills are essential, as are strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work accordingly. Prior experience within a recruitment environment is desirable, although full in-house training will be provided.
