What our client needs from you As a Chef de Partie, you will lead and inspire the commis chefs to prepare food for up to 120 guests during busy periods, including events and functions of the same size. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control. Building strong relationships with the front of house team will be key to ensuring our guests receive exactly what they want, quickly and efficiently. A professional cookery qualification is desirable, and relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is essential.
