Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of ESG factors across investment portfolios, identifying risks and opportunities. Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to incorporate ESG insights into investment decisions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments against ESG benchmarks and frameworks, such as TCFD, SASB, or GRI. Prepare comprehensive ESG reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and regulators. Stay informed on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices within the financial sector. Support client engagement by responding to ESG-related queries and providing insights on sustainable investment practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s ESG policies and procedures. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 2 years of experience in ESG analysis, investment research, or a related role within the financial sector. Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SASB, GRI, PRI). Familiarity with financial modeling, data analysis, and sustainability metrics. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, MSCI ESG Manager, or similar platforms. Passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of its implications within financial markets.
