4. Supporting the implementation of change proposals that are aligned with organisational objectives and priorities. Identify opportunities to deliver efficiencies, financial savings, performance or customer service improvements (process or organisational) and consider how technology improvements may assist.
5. Working with project managers and business leads to evaluate implemented changes, ensuring that needs were met and benefits documented and delivered, identifying lessons learnt and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Experience
1. Able to demonstrate capability and/or work experience in defining continuous improvements and involvement in successful change.
2. Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including developing collaborative approaches within an organisation.
3. Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think laterally and identify innovative solutions and/or process improvements.
