You will lead the data analysis function within DVSA combining strategic leadership and deep understanding of data analytics enabling the use of it to support our internal and external customers.

The Head of Data Analysis is responsible for leading and managing the data analysis team, setting the vision and strategy for data analytics within the organization, and ensuring that data-driven insights inform key business decisions.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage complex data analysis processes and build a high-performing, collaborative team. The role plays a critical part in leveraging data as a strategic asset through delivery of actionable insights that improve decision-making and drive business and Service outcomes. The role ensures that analysis happens in all corners of the DVSA from standard organisational reporting, service specific direction setting as well as service performance analytics.
The Head of Data Analysis will work collaboratively with other Data Leadership roles covering Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Governance and Data Management to support DVSA achieve out ambitions to reach our Vision by 2030.
