About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Food Quality and Presentation: Oversee the maintenance of high standards of food quality and presentation across all catering operations.
* Catering Operations: Ensure seamless delivery of catering services, managing and maintaining efficient kitchen and service counter operations.
* Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of catering staff, promoting effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Service Delivery: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery, responding to customer needs and expectations.
* Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights into catering operations and performance.
Requirements
* Proven experience in catering management, preferably in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
* Able to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and issues promptly.
* Familiarity with catering software and systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave, will also be offered.
