About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Site Manager to join our team in Bracknell. The successful candidate will oversee external works for up to six months, transitioning to internal fit-out from May 2025. This role requires a well-rounded professional capable of managing various aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Must have high-rise residential experience
*
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff.
* Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
* Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on-site.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* Black CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
* 3-day First Aid certification.
* Proven experience in managing both external works and internal fit-outs.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
