Marston Holdings is expanding our Internal Recruitment team and looking for a proactive and driven professional to join us. This newly created role offers the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and help improve processes, making a real impact within our business. This is an exciting full-time hybrid role based at our Bury office, with occasional travel required to our Helmshore and Rochdale offices. What you will be doing: Managing high-volume recruitment across multiple business areas, including Engineering, Finance, Operations, Transportation, and Technology. Sourcing top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to build strong talent pipelines. Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding. What we are looking for: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and pre-screening candidates. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Proven expertise in discovering and attracting top talent through diverse sourcing strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. A highly organised professional who can prioritise tasks effectively. A valid UK driver’s license is essential, as national travel will be required.
