What's involved with this role: Interim Pay And Reward Consultant - Hay Evaluation Reference no: K&C 5263535 Pay Rate: £355.98 per day PAYE 36 Monday - Friday, normal working hours This opening assignment is for 3 months City: Kensington, London The primary responsibility for this role will be solely focused on completing the Hay evaluations. There will be no other aspects of the role involved. However, it is crucial that the candidate is trained in the Hay Method of Job Evaluation to ensure the evaluations are conducted accurately and efficiently. Key duties: Conduct Hay Job Evaluations to assess and recommend appropriate pay grades for various roles within the organization. Assist in the development and implementation of pay and reward strategies to ensure internal equity and alignment with organizational goals. Provide advice to HR teams, managers, and senior stakeholders on compensation, reward programs, and job evaluations. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's pay structures remain competitive and compliant with industry standards. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of pay evaluations, reward initiatives, and compensation strategies. Key requirements: Trained in the Hay Method of Job Evaluation - Essential In-depth knowledge of Hay Job Evaluation and pay benchmarking practices. Awareness of current employment legislation, pay trends, and reward strategies within the public or private sector. Significant experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of job evaluation, particularly using the Hay system. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Proficiency in using HR software and job evaluation tools.
