Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Not for Profit organisation who are seeking support from an HR Administrator on a project for up to 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation that is passionate about their people and could offer some great experience within the HR field. The role is based in their Sale office.
What is the role?
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, uploading forms onto systems, reporting, and supporting the wider HR team. You will ensure a variety of forms are submitted to the system, maintaining compliance. There will be some document creation and management and other adhoc administrative duties.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role involving some aspects of HR. You will have a well-rounded knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and systems, have a keen eye for detail, and have the ability to be organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. You will be immediately available with an eagerness to learn.
