The Role Take ownership of all Health & Safety responsibilities, ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditations such as CHAS. Lead the Operations Support Team, empowering them to enhance skills, processes, and AI-driven efficiencies. Oversee training and accreditation, ensuring all employees and contractors meet necessary qualifications. Manage quality control, implementing improvements and maintaining accreditations like MCS. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to uphold high standards.
