We are now seeking accomplished, energetic people to take the lead and assist the managers of our Company stores. The opportunities are located in Chadstone, Hawthorn or Southland. You will need to be someone that is passionate about creating a team culture, that lives and breathes exceptional customer service and is driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers. We need you to work closely with the Store Manager to set the standard and help run these stores like they’re your own. A dollop of teamwork and collaboration. A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally retail food. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels. THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing excellence in execution of Product Quality, Service, Safety, Cleanliness and Speed Standards. Driving and achieving top-line profitability and managing costs by bringing a commercial mindset to the operations of the store by managing controllables. Building a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture by training and coaching of team members. Ensuring your team always deliver unbeatable customer experiences turning transactions into personal customer interactions. Maintaining operational excellence and efficient store systems. Effective rostering to ensure Right People, Right Place, Right Time. Promoting a fresh food and coffee culture to your customers. BAKE THE OPPORTUNITY This role will require you to be available to work across the store trading hours, including weekends when required. Full barista training is available for this role.
