Your role and responsibilities
In your role, you will engage well with the wider workforce and develop strong working relationships with the Business Information and Engagement Manager and Head of Business Management ensuring that we promote excellent engagement and have clear communication structures in place across the directorate.
Collaborating closely with the Business, Engagement and Information Manager, you will support key activities such as communications and engagement, business continuity, information governance and adult social care recruitment.
You will have daily access to support from the Head of Business Management and Business, Engagement and Information Manager, as well as access to training as and when required.
This role will report directly to the Business, Engagement and Information Manager.
You will need

- creative thinking to problem solving as issues arise
- to take on individual pieces of work and small projects

The team
The Business Management Team is based at Endeavour House but is part of the wider Business and Finance Service, which operates across the county.
This role sits within the Business Management team and will report directly to the Business, Engagement and Information Manager. The Business Management Team is a key enabling function for Adult Social Care, known for its flexibility and delivery of high-quality services as required.
Working in a small yet dynamic team, you can expect variety in your day-to-day responsibilities. The team is agile and responsive, regularly taking on new and exciting projects with tight deadlines. No two days are the same in central Business Management, as you adapt to emerging needs and deliver on a wide range of tasks.
