Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading provider of industrial batteries and related products. Focusing predominantly on the material handling sector, they are looking to bring on a new field-based technician to cover Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Servicing the company’s client base across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas
Repairing and maintaining the company’s broad range of batteries used within the Material Handling industry
Working alongside the other field-based engineers across Milton Keynes to ensure maintenance is carried out efficiently
Reporting back to the Service Manager with regular updates
Representing the company in the right way on customer sites and always maintaining customer serviceRequirements
This role would suit an experienced battery engineer that has previously spent time working in the field, but this is not essential. The company would also be interested in speaking with candidates who have an electrical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent whilst having strong interpersonal skills. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in Milton Keynes but candidates from slightly further afield would also be considered.
