Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Role Summary: As a key member of a small office team, the Business Support Administrator will be the first point of contact for visitors to Owen Pell and will provide assistance for a variety of stakeholders, including Directors, Employees, Customers, and Suppliers.
The Company is looking for a candidate who is organised, proactive, and happy to support with a broad range of tasks. Training and support will be given for any developments within the role. Full and part-time applicants will be considered.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
1. Responding to emails in a timely manner and professionally
2. Greeting visitors
3. Raising sales invoices and purchase orders
4. Archiving
5. Filing delivery tickets / obtaining copies when required
6. File book preparation and creating new job files
7. Sorting the post and updating holiday charts
8. Managing fuel cards and ordering of diesel/AdBlue for office and onsite
9. Supporting with security clearance requests
10. PPE ordering/distribution
11. Organising the service and maintenance of surveying equipment (CAT scanners, levels, etc.)
12. Organising the business’s Accreditations – CHAS, Constructionline
13. Scheduling lifting equipment checks / maintenance
14. Assisting with staff training records and driving license records
15. A variety of other office and business-related tasks
Skills Required:
1. Good written & verbal communication skills
2. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
3. Self-motivated
4. Personable and a strong team member, willing to go the extra mile to help
5. Accuracy and attention to detail
6. IT competent
7. Ability to take initiative, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
8. Experience preferred in an administrative role
9. Competent in Microsoft Office & Excel
