Job Title: Payroll AdvisorLocation: Colchester/Hybrid JGA and I are exclusively partnered with fantastic client, currently seeking a senior payroll professional to join their team on a 12m FTC. Key Responsibilities
* Payroll and benefits processing.
* Handle starters, leavers any changes to contracts.
* Preparing payroll reports.
* Ensure payments are processed accurately.
* Maintain compliance throughout.
* Support the wider payroll team.
* Work closely with the Payroll Manager on projects.
What You Will Bring
* Extensive experience in UK payroll.
* Experience in professional services is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of payroll practices, legislation, PAYE, NI, and all components of payslips.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proven ability to manage competing deadlines while delivering results.
* Collaborative team player with a focus on process improvements and ownership of tasks.
