On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company operating from offices across Europe, with over 25 years' experience supporting new build projects at some of the most prestigious shipyards in the world. They offer a comprehensive service that includes procurement, storage solutions, inventory management, and logistical support, ensuring the build process of new yachts and superyachts runs smoothly.
In this role you will have the opportunity to build your own portfolio of shipyard clients and build strong relationships with engineers and procurement teams.
This company is looking for a dynamic account manager who enjoys building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service. There are opportunities to travel to meet clients and progress your career in this exciting industry.
The Role:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients
2. Driving growth of key accounts and identifying any barriers to growth
3. Engaging new and past customers, identifying areas of business to target
4. Networking and outreaching to new potential clients
5. Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues
6. Attending sales trips to meet key clients and develop relationships
7. Keeping up to date with relevant legislation
8. 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
The Person:
1. Sales background with high capability for developing relationships and building rapport
2. Excellent negotiation skills
