As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Speaking with new and existing customers over the phone, via email and during office visits
* Handling queries and making amendments to existing policies
* Providing quotes to new and existing customers
* Complete product licencing
* Cross-sell our products to existing customers
* Maintain a good rapport with customers and build new relationships with new customers
* Provide support to the team

Your training plan
You will work towards your:
* Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship
* Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII)
* Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Training will be via Davies, virtually. 6 hours per week off-the-job training.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
* English and Maths (grade A-C/8-4 or equivalent)

Other requirements
SHL numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning tests will be issued as part of the application process. We will complete a solvency and basic criminal background check. Full UK driving license and own vehicle preferred due to lack of public transport links in the area.
