The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an inspirational teacher and leader to join our team as Head of PE. Our PE team are truly committed to providing a range of physical activities and sports for all of our students, whether through our PE curriculum up to A-Level or the breadth of extra-curricular sports clubs which we offer. Our PE provision plays a vital role in empowering out students to become confident young women who value physical activity and understand the benefits that it brings. Our new Head of PE will drive forward an inclusive PE provision which promotes health and wellbeing.
This a full-time, permanent role, starting in January or April 2025 (to be agreed with the successful candidate). The salary for this role is MPS/UPS plus TLR 2B (£5,641).

Our School
Torquay Girls’ Grammar School is a girls’ 11 to 18 selective Single Academy Trust (SAT) in Torquay, Devon.
