This is an initial 12 month contract About the role Carrier is seeking an intelligent motivated Business Intern who is ready to apply their knowledge to business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analysing data, leading special projects and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This role will provide a valuable experience for an individual wanting to gain the skills and experience needed for a successful future career in business management. Responsibilities Supports the Carrier Commercial HVAC Service organisation. Perform research and analysis in support of both operations and sales. Analyse business data and market information to uncover meaningful insights. Assist in highlighting & resolving business issues using systems and data. Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvements. Create Excel models to estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions. Support the preparation of budgets, detailed business plans and PowerPoint presentations. Responsible for special projects to support key business initiatives.
