We have a fantastic role available for a M365 Technical Support/Account Manager to join a client of ours based in the South West. You'll come from either a presales/technical account management background, or from a pure technical background and open to making a move into a more presales orientated role. M365 Technical Support/Account Manager Required experience: · Broad experience of M365 & Modern Workplace technologies. · Experience in either a full technical support capacity or a prior presales/technical account management role. · An ability to showcase an outgoing personality and can-do attitude. · Confident working with customers and talking technical to both technical and non-technical people. The Role: As a M365 Technical Support/Account Manager, you will assist the sales team with technical expertise relating to M365 & Modern Workplace technologies. You will partake in webinars, podcasts and other online material to showcase technical knowledge and help clients maximise their investment and optimisation of M365/MW technology.
