We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at KP. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our sales and marketing operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales Controller, brand marketing team, cross-functional teams, and other core KP brands.

2. Lead commercial decision support for brands – brand performance, NPD
3. Pricing architecture
4. Forecasting
5. Be the Finance Lead for some of the tastiest snack brands in the UK

This role is ideal for someone adaptable, eager to make an impact, and passionate about driving growth. There is potential to specialise in sales or marketing finance within our Commercial Decision Support team as you grow in the role.
Ideal candidate profile
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
* At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
Key skills include:
* Success in commercial finance roles
* Leadership and decision-making abilities
* Drive and strong work ethic to lead change
* Commercial acumen, including interpretation of market data, sales metrics, and performance indicators
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Preferred systems experience
Experience with Infor M3, Blueplanner, QLIK, JD Edwards is beneficial. You should also be an advanced user of Excel!
