We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee-earner to join our clients team in Worcestershire. This role offers the exciting opportunity to become a key member in the firm, handling a mixed caseload and to continue their strong local connections.
Day-to-day of the role: Manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, smaller new build developments, and shared ownership properties.
Ensure all case files are accurately opened and maintained, with support available.
Provide expert legal advice and services to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Grow to lead the conveyancing activities in the office, helping drive growth and the firm’s presence in the local community.
Network with local residents and estate agents to promote the firm and build a strong professional network.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with experience in residential property law.
Proven ability to handle a mixed caseload of property transactions independently.
