Project/Programme Manager - Finance & Procurement System Implementation\n\nLocation: Uxbridge (3 days onsite min)\nSalary: £130K-£140K + up to 10% bonus + benefits\nContract Type: Permanent or FTC\nEnd Client: Real Estate / Construction business\n\nLead a High-Impact Finance Transformation Project\n\nAre you a Project/Programme Manager with expertise in finance system implementations? Do you have experience in real estate, construction, or property development and thrive in environments where you can drive change and introduce governance?\n\nA boutique consultancy is partnering with a growing real estate developer to modernise its finance and procurement systems. This role is key to leading the system selection, governance setup, and full implementation in a business that is scaling rapidly.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the finance and procurement system implementation, replacing outdated spreadsheet and paper-based processes.\n\nSupport system selection (e.g, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, Coins, or HSO) and review vendor contracts.\n\nEstablish governance, processes, and project frameworks in an IT department that is still developing.\n\nManage third-party vendors responsible for system configuration, testing, and implementation.\n\nOversee integration with Salesforce and align finance, IT, and procurement teams.\n\nWork closely with stakeholders in a business-driven, commercial environment, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nFinance systems expertise \n\nA track record of managing medium to large transformation projects in real estate, construction, or property development.\n\nStrong understanding of finance, accounting, and procurement processes.\n\nAbility to introduce structure, governance, and best practices in a business that is not used to running IT projects.\n\nExperience leading vendor selection, RFP, contract reviews, and system implementation.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills - able to work with business-focused teams, IT, and third-party vendors.\n\nComfortable working onsite in Uxbridge a minumum of 3 days per week in a professional, corporate environment.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary: £130K-£140K + up to 10% bonus\n\nBenefits: Private healthcare, pension, and 15 days holiday\n\nImpact: A high-profile role in a growing business, shaping the future of its finance operations\n\nAutonomy: Work in a business-first environment, driving decisions and leading the transformation journey\n\nTo apply please send an up to date CV and availablility to chat to - connor.duncan
