Our RPA Developers play an important role in providing exceptional experiences every day to our valued customers.
Working within the Process & Automation team, you will be responsible for creating robust, scalable automations in line with best practice. An RPA Developer will need to have a continuous learning mindset and ensure they are keeping up to date with new releases of UiPath to maximize Saga’s use of the software.
As one of our Developers, you will drive efficiency within operations and support the identification and engineering of processes for automation.
This role will be instrumental in driving automation within the Saga Group to support strategic objectives, grow the business, increase efficiencies, and deliver an exceptional customer journey.
You will have strong communication skills with an ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities and an in-depth knowledge of robotic process automation.
This role has a small hybrid element, where you will be expected to travel to our Folkestone office roughly once a quarter.
Role Responsibility
As one of our RPA Process Analysts, you will be accountable for the following areas:
* Review business processes alongside the business analyst to establish if they are suitable for RPA.
* Support the re-engineering of processes to remove waste and allow automation.
* Digest business requirements and establish technical requirements.
* Design, build, and test RPA projects using desired robotics software.
* Develop high-quality (RPA) software solutions, in line with best practice.
* Maintain relevant documentation for all projects created.
* Provide technical support during UAT and implementation phases.
* Support with the maintenance of deployed projects, troubleshooting if issues are identified.
* Act as a subject expert on RPA in support of other delivery teams.
* Understanding SQL to create basic queries.
The Ideal Candidate
Other skills required include:
* Experience with UIPath or similar software.
* Familiarity with software implementation cycles.
* Ability to simplify and concisely convey complex ideas.
* Lean, six sigma, or continuous improvement training is an advantage.
* Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
