Job summary We are looking to appoint a part time administration assistant within the Breast Service who can undertake general administration. To provide assistance to the team book mammograms and procedures for screening and symptomatic patients. Imaging reception duties to be included. Good organisational skills will be necessary to work as part of an existing team and there will be daily liaison with colleagues (Trust wide), patients, general public and other NHS and public organisations. The main administration office is based at the County Hospital, Lincoln and provides administration service to the Breast Screening Service and Symptomatic Service. Main duties of the job To be accountable for the effective day to day management of the administration, clerical and secretarial procedures within the Lincolnshire Breast Screening Service to ensure the effective call/recall process is in operation Accurate & timely breast screening data entry onto the National Breast Screening Computer System (NBSS). To adhere to local polices/procedures and adhere to the NHSBSP Quality Assurance Standards and ensure local and NHSBSP targets are met.
