At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech-enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you'll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.
What will you be doing?
We're looking for a Senior Civils Supervisor to join our Telecoms Division at M Group Services. This is a full-time role for someone who knows civils work inside out and is ready to lead from the front.
You'll run the day-to-day work on site. You'll support teams, check progress, and make sure everything is safe and on time. You'll report to the Project Manager and help solve problems fast. You'll also work closely with clients and keep them up to date.
We want someone who knows the job and has done it before. You'll be confident with street works, permits, and managing gangs. You'll spot issues early and know how to fix them. You'll take pride in your work and want to get the job done right.

What you'll bring?
As a Senior Civils Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, manage work stacks, and collaborate with supervisors and suppliers to schedule works and determine resource needs. You'll coordinate access arrangements, support the delivery team, and resolve conflicts and escalations. We seek candidates with telecom or utilities industry experience, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize workloads. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications are essential. Ready to lead and inspire?
