We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to develop and manage strategic customer partnerships within fleet and public transit for electric vehicle infrastructure.
You will need to have worked in the automotive or transportation logistics industry to ensure you have a full understanding of the target accounts.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability for EV OEMs.
2. Manage key customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and exceeding expectations.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.
4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the target market.
You are a strong fit if you have:
1. Proven success as a Key Account Manager, with a strong understanding of complex customer needs.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
3. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
4. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in German and English, written and verbal.
6. Direct experience in fleet transportation or logistics, ideally for e-mobility and EV charging.
7. Experience in an international environment.
