Vacancy Description: Paralegal / Assistant - Family Department
Location: Chester
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Family Law department or an educational background including Family Law modules.
Ongoing training, guidance, and support from the team is provided.
Job Role:
Working within a busy office with a friendly team, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
1. Arranging appointments and meetings
2. Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
3. Diary management
4. Database work
5. Prepare bundles
6. Client contact
7. Use of CCMS would be an advantage
8. Opportunity to progress for the right candidate
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Ability to work independently
Use of own initiative
Good time management skills
Good presentation and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good IT Skills
