Currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Blaydon based client. This friendly team is looking for someone to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.
The right candidate will have fantastic people skills and previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities include:
Provide customers with up to date knowledge on products
Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met
Assist with the customer service inboxes and calls where required
Administrative duties
Key skills and experience required:
Fantastic customer service skills/previous experience
Be enthusiastic and confident on the phone to customers
Be able to multi task and adapt to a fast paced environment
Be proactive and logical in your approach to the role
Customer handling
Attention to detail
Be highly organised and reliable
Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
