Our digital platform sells multi-year services to National Health Service trusts, private providers such as Nuffield Health, and other entities within the industry. You will be tasked with navigating non-disclosure agreements and commercial contracts as we negotiate deals to service these prospective customers. This will primarily involve analyzing their boilerplate documentation, advising on key points for discussion, and facilitating a couple rounds of negotiations leading to executed agreements. Given the bespoke nature of each engagement, remuneration would be provided on a per-contract basis as opposed to through a retainer.
