Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales and Lettings Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located working on our Glasgow branches. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £50,000 plus discretionary bonus.
Job Purpose & Overview
Key member of the senior management team.
Provide excellent leadership to all staff across both Glasgow Branches.
Deliver an integrated, consistent day-to-day service level across all areas of the branches, delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsible for effective delivery of the branch front end property management, new business, and sales services.
Setting and monitoring KPI's and branch performances.
Reporting directly into MD Scotland
Champion strong and effective relationships between branches, head office and other group businesses.
Key Accountabilities & Duties
Lead, inspire and motivate all staff working in the branches.
Drive performance across all areas, and accountable for service delivery and achieving business targets and KPI's.
Deliver an effective process to monitor branch activity and report on all issues and ensure these are addressed in a timely manner.
Apply a ‘lessons learned policy' to plan and implement continuous improvement to drive efficiencies.
Ensure there are appropriate systems and processes in place to effectively manage the delivery of new business & sales valuations, viewings, inspections, inventories, check outs and client updates. Making sure this is regularly reviewed and highlight any issues where appropriate.
Evaluate performance across the branches and drive improvements across all areas.
Prepare reports on branch performance and clearly demonstrate where and how improvements can be made.
Provide professional senior management support to all branch staff: ensuring all line management processes take place across the whole service area, one-to-one meeting's, performance management and that annual appraisals are conducted to a high standard.
Build strong working relationships with other departments of the business, using customer feedback to identify key areas for process, policy and service improvements.
Work with marketing team over localised campaigns to generate new business leads.
Help embed our service style and values across the branch and work closely with Head Office to reduce the number of difficult customer situations that result in complaints.
Support and at times take the lead with any customer escalations with clients and represent the organisation in any HPC / PRS cases.
Support the senior leadership team in achieving the overall KPI's and budgets with annual services and improvement plans.
Provide a safe and healthy workplace for staff.
Ensuring the teams are fully trained and competent to deliver their roles and responsibilities.
Recruitment, staff mentoring & development, ongoing training and performance management.
Support head office in recruitment of third-party contractors and building and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with them.
Industry networking to promote the brand and grow the business.

ARLA/LetWell Qualified
Proven ability to operate at a senior management level and work with senior directors
Excellent people management experience with at least 3 to 5 years' experience in leading a team of more than 10 people
Minimum 5 years industry experience and 2 years at a senior management level
Established relationships in residential sales and property management market
Excellent knowledge of key performance indicators
Knowledge of budgets and proven experience of managing budgets
IT literate and strong technical skills
Full UK driving license
Experience of a fast-paced working environment
Pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving skills
Experience of introducing efficiencies and improvements.
