Your Role:
As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll conduct residential valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, ensuring every report is accurate and delivered on time. You’ll also act as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining strong relationships with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your daily workload to meet personal income targets
Conduct valuations and surveys using iPad technology
Maintain service and quality standards in line with company requirements
Adapt to changing business needs and introduce new inspection techniques
Attend regional team meetings and annual conferences
Who We're Looking For:
Qualified Surveyor: Experience as a practising surveyor with RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
Customer-Focused: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a client-facing role
Organised & Punctual: Excellent time management skills, always meeting deadlines
Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, accurate reports and communicate effectively with clients
Tech-Savvy: Ideally, experience using iPads, apps, and MS Office
Desirable:
Experience managing stakeholder relationships
Extensive knowledge of surveying practices
