KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Process service work orders, reports, invoices, and warranty claims
2. Expedite jobs through Warranty Departments
3. Maintain service history within Service Scheduler
4. Monitor work-in-progress reports with Project Manager, Customer Support Supervisor, and Technicians to manage company objectives within the invoicing process
5. Ensure internal and external customer requirements are met in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner
6. Ensure internal company vehicle maintenance is completed as recommended by the manufacturer
7. Provide support on time-card entry for payroll purposes
8. Monitor rental fleet utilization and maintenance contracts to ensure maintenance as recommended by OEM
9. Maintain travel log for all remote site staff and coordinate staff travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and customer protocol registration
10. Participate in safe and environmentally sound work behaviors and practices at all times in support of Readyquip’s Health and Safety Policy/Program(s) and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Post Secondary Education and 2+ years equivalent experience in coordinator role
2. A customer-centric self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
3. Adaptable to constantly changing priorities and schedules with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
4. Effective team player with strong business acumen and good judgment
5. Computer literate with proficiencies in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
6. General knowledge of heavy equipment
7. Must have a good driving record (copy of drivers’ abstract may be required)
