Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are looking for an Interim Turnaround Manager for once of their branches in Bedford, this will be a 6-month fixed term contract, focusing on improving a recent CQC inspection.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven success in managing a healthcare service, showcasing their ability to identify key challenges, develop actionable strategies, and drive operational efficiencies while closely monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities of an Interim Manager
• Identify operational, quality and growth challenges
• Devise and implement comprehensive business action plans
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
• Safeguard the health and wellbeing of Clients and Caregivers through effective monitoring, review and reassessment
• Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
• Review recruitment processes to attract, onboard and retain high-quality Caregivers, ensuring strong training, appraisal and professional development programs.
• Implement and continuously review robust strategies for quality assurance.
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
• Proven leadership experience in care management
• Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
• Right to work full-time in the UK
