Job Overview
In this position, you will play an instrumental role in the growth and development of the branch. We are therefore looking for a talented, experienced, and dedicated candidate to help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities, promoting MKM as their supplier of choice and converting this into regular business.
2. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure they continue to receive great customer service.
3. Proactively visit existing and potential customers, building lasting relationships and exceeding their expectations.
4. Maximise sales and margin in all dealings with customers.
Requirements
1. Previous experience of working in a sales role within a builder’s merchant is essential.
2. Excellent negotiation skills, confidence, and enthusiasm.
3. Full driver’s licence.
4. Flexibility to work a Saturday should the needs of the business require this.
