This role requires experience in client support administration and report writing. If you are highly skilled in supporting the administrative side of Financial Advisors, have experience with client banks, and possess Pensions and Investment Administration and Report Writing skills, you are encouraged to apply. A minimum of around 5 years of experience is ideal, and the salary is linked to around £45k.
This role is 100% office-based in the Buckinghamshire area. It is a great opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Financial Services candidate, as outlined below. You must have these skills with a lengthy recent period within an IFA Financial Services firm. Minimum of 5 years experience is required.
To be considered, the candidate should have made some progress with their CII qualifications and successfully completed RO1, RO3, and RO4, which is very important. The duties and skills required include:
* The completion of suitability reports (using templates)
* Research
* Investment fund switches/rebalances
* Support around regular client reviews
* MI collation
* PowerPoint and Office 365 skills
* Use of various research tools and systems
* Confident communicator with clients and providers (verbal and in writing)
* Diary Management
* Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
* Client calls, scanning, emailing, printing, and posting
* Support around the completion of all FCA reports and PI cover
* Maintain and update all client files
* Business submission and recording
* General office duties and support
