About you… A degree in Social Work and Social Work England registration Knowledge of Child-care legislation Skilled in the management of risk and assessment of children's needs Great communication skills, able to explain complicated information simply Knowledge of the issues that affect parenting capacity and the impact of deprivation on child development Experience of Signs of Safety methodology About the role… To work as part of the team delivering services to Children In Need/In Need of Protection as part of an integrated service delivering high quality services with families and carers.
