Estates Director Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estates Director to lead our estates strategy and management, supporting the growth and development of The Cranmer Education Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in estates management, preferably within the public sector, ideally across a number of sites and/or managing a wider facilities offer.
Responsibilities
* Lead the estates strategy and management, working with other senior directors on the executive team
* Plan and manage major capital projects, supported by business and site managers in our schools
* Advise on smaller projects funded by devolved formula capital, managed by the schools themselves
* Lead a network of business managers, focusing on estates, health and safety, and operational issues
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective estates management
