As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer queries mainly via phone and email
* Managing daily administrative tasks
* Responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
* Processing orders, returns, and deliveries
* Resolving customer questions, concerns, or complaints
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in dealing with customers and resolving queries
* Experience logging customer details using a CRM or similar system
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
