A leading aerospace manufacturer in the Northwest is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their forward-thinking engineering team. As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes to support high-quality aerospace production. You will be hands-on in CNC programming, process improvement, technical support for quotations, and managing product structures within ERP systems.

Job Description
Develop & improve manufacturing processes for new and existing components
Lead CI initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimise lead times
Support CNC programming (Turning, Milling, 5-axis Mill/Turn)
Contribute to quotations and project delivery
Define tooling and workholding requirements
Work collaboratively with operations, quality, and customer teamsManufacturing Engineer
Qualification/ Skills/ Experience
HNC/Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years in a precision engineering environment (aerospace preferred)
Strong CNC knowledge: Fanuc, Siemens 840d, Heidenhain
Experienced with aluminium, titanium, Inconel
Proficient in Solid Edge, EdgeCam & Microsoft Office
Familiar with GD&T, RCCA, 8D problem solving
Experience with SQDCP and lean tools desirable
