We are now seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales or support role is desirable.
* A passion for learning and growing within the freight industry.
* Some experience or strong interest in freight forwarding (sea, air, and road)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A collaborative team spirit and a willingness to assist others.
* Basic English and mathematics skills to handle quotes and customer communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team in identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, both from your own efforts and through support from the Sales and Operations teams.
* Help with preparing and organising quotations, ensuring that all key information is accurately included.
* Provide administrative support to the sales department, such as tracking leads and updating customer records.
* Support in both office and field activities, learning and assisting with customer interactions, as needed.
* Collaborate closely with senior team members to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
* Contribute to the smooth flow of sales operations by managing documentation and ensuring processes are followed.
