I am resourcing for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a client in Somerset.
This role is on site and will require office working 5 days per week.
You should ideally be someone with service desk experience, that has experience with first line support.
Although this is a 12-month fixed term, there is the possibility of this becoming a permanent role.

Responsibilities:
First Line IT Support
Troubleshooting - Hardware and Software
Respond to tickets efficiently
IT administration
Monitor systems and escalate where needed
Documentation - Maintain and Develop
Update OS and Software, maintaining security
Experience:
Customer Service experience
IT Service desk experience - ticketing, troubleshooting, problem solving, escalation
Multitasking, managing multiple priorities
Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
ITIL certification
Microsoft 365 environment hybrid environment experience
