Reception & Operations Assistant US law firm who are renowned for their international focus are hiring a Reception & Operations Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis, providing unrivalled client service in the heart of the City. Salary to £30,000 Office based 09:00-18:00 working hours Excellent employee benefits including 25 days annual leave, gym membership contribution, season ticket loan etc. This is a versatile role which combines front of house responsibilities as well as general business support, blending client facing interaction with general office support function activities ensuring day-to-day operational tasks are fully supported. Reception & Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet all clients at their reception area Manage and maintain schedules for all conference rooms, internal meeting rooms and visitor offices including any delivery and removal of catering orders Regularly checks stock of stationery cupboards, reprographics area, staff kitchen and conference rooms Assist with secretarial duties such as organisation and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and diary management Book taxis and set up conference calls Assist with the planning and running of office social and client events Manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers Assist with billing processes and finance related admin as requested Reception & Operations Assistant Key Skills & Requirements: 2 years reception / front of house experience from a law firm Strong technical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and switchboard systems Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment
