Position: Teaching Assistant / SEND Professional

Start Date:06.01.2025You will play a crucial role in helping children across different year groups achieve their potential. This role will involve providing tailored support, primarily on a 1:1 basis, to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND.
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child’s needs are met.
Promote an inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Help children develop their confidence, independence, and social skills.About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has prior experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a school setting.
Is patient, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is proactive, adaptable, and able to use their initiative.
Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.What We Offer:
